Standing Committee Coordinators:

PTA Standing Committee Coordinators are expected to attend PTA meetings.  They are expected to help with the preparation of the back to school packets and support all PTA projects.  They are also expected to attend committee meetings to report on their community's activity when relevant. Standing Committee Coordinators are a one year commitment with the option to serve for a second term.

The following coordinator positions are available for the 2018-2019 school year:

Fundraising Committee:

The Fundraising Committee is responsible for raising the much needed funds that are required to finance the work of Arthur Ashe Jr. Elementary School PTA.  This committee is tasked with reaching the fiscal year fundraising goals.

​

Communication Committee:

The Communication Committee is responsible for making the AAES community aware of all school news through social media posts, flyer generation, and writing contents for all PTA communication efforts. This committee also provides marketing for all PTA events.

Programs Committee:

The Programs Committee coordinates all non-revenue generating PTA projects.  These projects are sponsored by the association with a goal of enriching quality of education and student life at Arthur Ashe Jr. Elementary School.
